Power Fusion

 

Influenced by Bikram's 26 posture sequence, this class is a blend of detoxifying, balancing, and meditative postures infused with Vinyasa breath to movement flows.

Helps to restore muscles and joints, open hips, heart, and shoulders. Systematically works every muscle, gland, and organ in your body!

 

All levels (beginners to advanced)

Power Vinyasa

 

Vinyasa style flow that will strengthen and energize your body, Syncs breath to movement, Includes Sun Salutations A and B, as well as, sculpting elements to tone specific muscle groups in your body. Builds strength and increases flexibility! Energized class to keep your heart rate up!

 

All levels (Beginners to advanced)

 Vinyasa Sculpt Flow

A Vinyasa-style flow class with added strength training intervals for increased muscle endurance, sculpting and toning. Including, lunges, squats, push ups. Strengthening the total body and all major muscle groups.

This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism with Plyometrics and builds muscle strength!

 

All Levels

Power Sculpt

 

A Vinyasa-style flow class with added free weights for increased muscle endurance. A total body workout to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Strength training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass

This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism with Plyometrics and builds muscle strength!

 

Intermediate levels

Gentle Yoga

Meditative practice with emphasis on breath, stretching and opening postures. Posture holds with multiple breaths to deepen the stretch and open the body. Gentle and mild, increases flexibility and mobility.

 

All levels (Beginners to advanced)

Yin Yoga

Slow-moving class that targets connective tissue through seated and lying postures held for long periods of time with the use of blocks and straps. Increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility.

 

All levels (Beginners to advanced)  and those recovering from injury.
